just picked up a 91 hb dx with the 4spd. will the d17a1 block be ez drop in plug n play? plz guys i need help. this d15 is leaking more oil than it is burning. lol trust me i do plan on looking for the 96+ non vtec head and 5 spd trans to work with in the future as well as the dpfi to multi port conversion. any help is appreciated. if any one local in ne GA has any block that i can buy for cheap too. i will buy
Drop in, yes. Plug and play? Nope. This is one of those instances where it is undeniably best for you to stay with a stock engine meant for your car.

Google. I promise you these issues have been covered on the Internet. I had the same questions and found the answers by searching.
