Default D16Y8 Electrical Issues

My daily is a 99 civic auto with a d16y8. I went to test pipe it today, when I put the o2 sensor back in I did notice that I had the wires at a 90 degree angle against the chassis. When I drove home I did not have a gear 4 in drive, the light for D4 flashes, my speedometer doesn't work, my fuel gauge doesn't work, my mileage does not move at all as I am driving, when I shift down to D2 it's a very rough downshift. Am I shorting out the o2 sensor? What's going on? Is it safe to drive my car to the shop or should I get it towed.

Sounds like you blew some fuses.

Start with 7.5A fuse 15.
