I bought a '94 civic ex a couple months ago, I'm pretty new to cars in general and have been learning a lot recently, but I'm not sure what's wrong right now.

My engine got a spun bearing, and so last Saturday / Sunday we took the car apart and put in a new engine. Everything seemed to be running okay, but today on my way home from work I noticed that sometimes when I was taking my foot off the gas quickly, I would hear/feel a click coming from the front driver side of the car (it sounded like it was potentially coming from the axle). I also noticed the same sound happening when I put in the clutch sometimes. I don't appear to be getting clicking noises when I turn though.

Any help figuring out what the problem is would be greatly appreciated
