Default 98 Civic EX suspension shot

Well it feels like the suspension in the entire car is shot. Suspension is OEM or from an auto parts store. Havent checked. But its time to upgrade. Looking into the Eibach kits and all past threads from years ago said they had problems with them. If there were a lot of problems you'd think Eibach would address the issue. Any updated info? Or info on H&R would be great. Want some opinions more or less on what I should be getting.
