GSR won't hold idle after S2 Manifold Installation
I installed a Brand New Skunk2 Intake Manifold on my 2000 Integra GSR. Went to go start the engine and it idled around 750 rpm(COLD) and slowly dropped until it died. Idle does not fluctuate. Sometimes it'll starts and idles very low around 250rpm maybe lower and sometimes the engine wont start at all. It was running like a champ before the Skunk2 Manifold installation. I've checked all vacuums and coolant hoses and they're fine. I swapped the stock throttle body along with the TPS and MAP sensor which were untouched. Maybe I did something wrong. I'd appreciate it if someone can help me out. Please.

Spray carb cleaner all around where it meets the head, t body gasket and vac hoses. When the idle jumps up you found your vacuum leak.
i dont believe that it is a vacuume leak, after doing a modification like changing your manifold to a high flow manifold you will need a tune. not saying thats the only problem but probably a big majority of it
U don't need it tune.. I've install 3 of those already and it's all good.. Check the ur tps and map sensor.. Could possibly wrong connection.. Could possibly clean out ur iavc.. GL

No. The car won't have vacuum leak symptoms from installing this manifold.
haven't checked yet but i think it's a possibilty i've might have put on the throttle body gasket on wrong causing the gasket to block the port that leads to the IACV which controls the idle.
If that's the case then you should loudly hear the leak. How's your coolant temp? Put up a picture of your setup. I need help on how to route the coolant lines and PVC hoses.
throttle body gasket is on correctly. i knew i couldn't have put on the gasket wrong. i'll post pictures when i get a chance.
If you are still using the stock throttle body, what did you use for the throttle cable? Did you get a type-R cable and bracket? I would test the IACV first and confirm that it is working properly.
Does the engine rev up? can you hold it at 1000 RPM? If it does, do a check on the idle. it might be outof adjustment for some reason.

it wouldnt need a tune to keep idle just from switching the intake manifold. something isnt installed right. take it off and reinstall. during the process you may find where the issue is coming from
going into the manifold swapped i knew the two connectors were similiar but i noticed my tps connector is a blue connector and the map was grey. so thats how i know distinguish the two connectors apart. still nothing. going to pop the IACV off and clean it see if it does anything.
