Default 1996 Civic with ITR ECU Code 90.

I have a Usdm ITR ECU

I am getting a code 90. I bypassed code 91 now I get code 90.

Someone help me, I am trying to get my car certified with REF Center.

I have a 1996 Civic running a Integra Type R USDM ECU.

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I already have taken a look at that. Just seems complicated. I want to know if code 90 can be bypassed like I did to code 91. I am just trying to get a bar sticker.
