Ok so Im still struggling to fix this issue I have

I recently bought a 2000 civic ex the owner had blown the d16y8

he swapped in a d16y7. he mated the y7 to a z6 manifold and used the Y7 ECU

I also found some odd wire added from the ecu to the IACV

I occasionally get a code 14 and the idle is always different
real low when cold decent when warm

whats my best bet to fix all this mumbo jumbo?
track down a Y7 Intake manifold?
a Y8 manifold?

I also noticed there is NO evap purge
