Differences between d16y8 manifold, and z6 manifold.
Is there any differences between the d16z6 manifold and the y8 manifold besides better flow? Will my stock d15b7 map sensor work with a y8? Is there any other sensor that could effect idle? Thanks

OBDII (y8 mani) has a three wire IACV while OBDI (z6 mani) has a two wire IACV.

The Y8 manifold is bigger. By more than a little bit. It makes a rad whistling sound if you have an intake.
You will need a manual manifold if you're doing this swap on any 88-95 civic with an OBD1 ECU or a OBD2 EX/SI ecu.
You will need a manual manifold if you're doing this swap on a 96-00 civic with a manual EX or Si ECU or ANY OBD1 ECU.
All OBD1 civic ECUs have only 2 pins for the IAC.
Manual EX or Si OBD2 civic ECUs only have 2 pins for the IAC.
