Repairing a '00 accord

how much would it cost to repair front pads & roters, get rear brakes new shoes, 2 new front tires and do a front end alignment for a '00 h-accord?

You mean 'replace' rotors and pads? Can't really repair them.

Tirerack has both pads, rotors and tires. You can order them and have a local shop do it and the alignment. No one is going to know how much it is going to cost in your area. Call several shops and get estimates - the dealership is going to be expensive so look at independent shops.
