bought this coupe few months back ,
it had a b20/gsr in it , ran ok
wiring was a cluster **** lol
long story short i had my c5 swap just hanging out in the gargage,

b18c5 usdm its 99'
s80 lsd tranny
lightweight flywheel
new oem clutch
acetoned every part at my shop
manifold fully deburred polished / throttle body



i put new seals gaskets ,fluids etc
fully tuned it
new timing belt
water pump , thermostat
all new breaks, including steel lines.
front slotted

front traction control
full bwr suspension , swap , lca , camber.
all new bushings
axles / lots of new sensors lol
all new wiring from harness back
semi wire tuck
full struts inside truck and interior
bwr extended lugnuts

this thread isnt a build thread...its a "look at me removing my eng" thread.

I want more....let me see the c5 going in, let me see the before and after of the stainless lines as its a project that Im thinking of doing, etc.

I used to have a red 94 coupe with a C5 motor in it too.

Mine was a little less.... "JDM" then yours tho. Kinda a lot going on with all those wings and tow hooks and stuff.

Killer brace and tiebar setup too.

 

yea iv had this swap with me in three different cars so far its a beast .. jdm i guess , tow hooks are gone actually, thanks tho btw

Was thinking of swapping an itr engine into my ek but decided to go the H22 route

 

h22 is not bad bang for ur buck

 

 

Are you actually building up anything? Or is this just a "look what I got" thread?

 

All that money on the motor, but you're using BWR suspension parts...

 

Mine may not be much but, I see no build here. Just a 'look what I have n you don`t' thread...and is that a glass bottle as an overfill tank for the coolant?
