B18B - Just removed valves from head; do I need to remember the order they came out?
Hey guys,
I am in the middle of changing a head gasket and I'm trying to dismantle as much of the head as I can before taking to a machine shop.
I've successfully removed the valves and plan on giving them a good cleaning, but is the order in which they came out important?
I kept the intake/exhaust valves separate from each other, but I figured that was good enough.
Thanks!

Each one is specific to the hole it came from. you will have to lap the valves or get a professional valve job or it won't make compression.
you have to get a valve job now. there is no possibly way to guess correctly and get all 8 on each side right
be very careful on who you have do your valve job. personally i would send it to english racing or golden eagle. have seen too many screwed up honda heads from machine shops who don't get it right
