Default Integra master cylinder issue

i made all new front lines from mc to prop valve to calipers. New master cylinder. It's an rs model. I was bleeding my brakes and realized my whole passenger side does not have fluid going to it. I started disconnecting lines to see if there was a plug somewhere and ended up being there is no fluid coming out the furthest port of the master cylinder away from the firewall. I DIDNOT bench bleed it. Would this cause it? No matter how much. Press the pedal there is no fluid coming out of that port. The whole drivers side has fluid coming out of it. Aim so confused. There is also like a knocking sound when the pedal is pressed close to the floor....
