stalling when coming to a stop, no other symptoms
so i just had my car in the shop because my water pump and fuel pump both blew at the same time(fun stuff) so i got a new water pump and timing belt kit installed and a new fuel pump and sock. no new fuel filter and they reused my old gas(i literally just filled my tank before it went) and they had trouble with my timing belt because the supplier sent mismatched kits twice. also i replaced my main relay hoping that would have been the problem before i took it to the shop.
so its been running fine for 2 days then today when i come to a stop it will go to idle then just completely fall off and die, but not everytime and it will start back up pretty easily.
i would appreciate some ideas as to what it could be, so far i can only think of these possibilities
-fuel filter is clogged from reusing the old gas maybe stirred up some sediment
-fuel pump is defective
-they messed up the timing(not sure if these would be the symptoms tho)
also for jumping the obd1 port can you use anything to jump it or does it have to be specifically jumper wire?
any help is appreciated, thanks guys.

haha actually i was under the impression the exhaust leak was coming from mid-pipe axle pipe joint, but it was in fact my 2 piece header separating which makes sense because of the O2 sensor right near by.
