Icon3 b16 transmission hard gears. HELP!

i have a 94 eg coupe with a b18b1 swap and a b16 transmission i believe. cant tell if it's really a b16 tranny or a GSR because it has no sticker but it has high gear ratios. my problem i am having now is that when im cruising the gears are fine and shift fine. but as soon as i step on it and speed the gears get hard for them to me to shift after i slow down or try to take off at a light.sometimes they wont go in or I have to kind of Force them in. but if i just cruise for a little while they become smooth again. I've been told that it might be my clutch or pressure plate? and my reverse isnt easy for me to go into either i always have to go to 5th gear then reverse. please help

Need your tire size not the wheel diameter. Should be xxx/xx/14 on the side of the tire.

I switched the wheels so now I'm using 13" vx's. Which have 175/70/13 size tires

Sounds to me like youre low on tranny fluid. When you changed the fluid last how did you do it? Was the car level when you put the fluid in or did you only have the front of the car raised up? Have you noticed any leaking or oil spots in a parking spot that you frequently park at?

I have fluid. I refilled it on a leveled road. And I do have an oil leak but I'm just not sure if its from the oil pan gasket or from the rear main seal. I changed the oil pan gasket when I got the motor but never removed the transmission for any inspection of the clutch or anything else. I know my car Burns oil because Im always low on oil and my car throws a little puff of smoke when I turn it on at times.
