Any yall runnin Autozone brake pads?
Need a set for our 2011 Civic DX. Was wondering if any are as good as the OEM if yall have experienced. Please chime in. I know they still have a lifetime warranty on Autozone pads.
Well, if they're still made by Morris Industries, then run like hell, they're crap and you won't be happy...Lifetime warranty? Not worth it. Best bet, economically, is probably Akebono, or even Raybestos/Wagner Quiet Stop. But IMHO (and of course I AM biased) I would use the factory pads Pt# 45022-SNE-A00....make friends with the parts guy, see if they give a H-T discount and you will be much happier.

I agree with Steven, run far far far away from Autozone brand brake pads. The material of the pads are notorious for destroying rotors as well induce brake fade very quickly as the pads heats up. Stick with OEM Honda pads with a good set of stainless steel brake lines and you will be fine.

I won't even buy parts from Autozone!!! They are a bunch of morons selling garbage.
I love my ebc greenstuff pads and my hawk pads HPS but they run about $100.
