Default question on intercooler fitment

I was just wondering, would a 30x8x3 inch intercooler fit behind a 5th or 6th gen bumper? I've yet to buy the car, I've had a 6th gen before but I think I had a 2 inch intercooler, I don't remember how much room was left. Thank you

Why don't you keep saving your pennies, buy the car, then worry about aftermarket parts?

hes not really being a dick, with an attitude like that you won't get help here. He was simply suggesting to buy the car first and then buy your parts. no harm no foul.

it wasn't his business anyways, he could have answered the simple question... This is why whenever I've actually owned Honda's I never came here... place is over run by snobby ******** who think they know absolutely everything about anything and give people attitude over stupid subjects.

More like whiney little kids... I was only suggesting that if you don't have a vehicle why are you worried about what fits a mystery vehicle? Obviously one size does not fit all. Also, I assume you are listing overall length and not core size, but what if you are listing core size? Nobody can read your mind and know what your "future" build will entail. This doesn't even factor is its standard, high/low, backdoor, same side, ect... So grow up, list a few details and we can help you. Otherwise I don't know how to explain it any simpler for you. Good luck.

You fail to read, so you won't get help. It is as simple as that.

cut the front end off and go tubular, doesnt matter how big it is , any intercooler you got will fit, you just need the brains to do it

You clearly said, "anyone who is not a retard and has boosted a civic would know how much space is available." Well...then you go on to say you have boosted a civic but you have forgotten...does this make you a retard?

If it is that good of a deal then buy it. If it doesn't fit then sell it later and profit.

Nope, just means you have a low IQ, because I said anyone who has a boosted civic... not anyone who has had one in the past.
