Hello, I'm new here and I just recently bought a Milano Red 2000 Integra GS-R with only 39K miles on it and everything is pretty much stock. Just the other day my car's check engine light came up and after using an OBD-II Scanner it gives me a P0420 code. After some research this code can mean a few things. From my understanding it can be that something is wrong with the car's catalytic converter, O2 sensors, cat back, or muffler. I was wondering what's the usual fix to this P0420 problem. Thanks!

Its usually just the secondary O2 in the cat, or a simple exhuast leak from my experience. With that mileage, theres no way its the cat.

 

I'm hoping it's something cheap to fix and not something like the catalytic converter. I'm thinking about taking it to the shop on Monday and see what they say about it. Thanks!
