Toe wear. Whoever lowered it did not get it aligned afterwards, you've been dragging the tires sideways down the road. Probably handled like poo also.
So it just needs a aligned? All my tires are that way the front is worse then the back, but the back is also wearing on inside too.
What kind of car? They don't really do front end alignments anymore, it's always four wheel. And yes, any adjustment to the ride height always affects the toe, and ultra low profile tires are especially sensitive to it. I can see the scalloping in your first picture.

And i will call see about getting it aligned this week, i need to before i blow a tire. Hopefully they dont charge a arm and a leg.
Adjustable camber is just nice to have so you can add camber or even the camber from side to side. Some camber is always a plus, once you get over 2* camber you can really tell a difference in handling.
And that's definitely not camber wear. Looks a lot like your tires were over inflated more than anything else.

If you zoom in on the first pic that the op put up you can see the "scalloping" that you get from toe. I have seen plenty of tires just like that over the years from people who thought they could just drop the car and not align... Including myself in my younger days.
Similar thing was happening to me.

Got 2 new tires, left the rears alone but got a 4-wheel alignment. The rears stayed okay for 6 months, then blew out on me. Got 2 more new ones at the time, and had zero issues after that.
Alignment is everything. That was LITERALLY all I changed.

Well I know for sure my tires are not rubbing something on inside that much I would hear it. And I have another question if I get a alignment will it push the top of my tire into the fender cause my car is tucking the tires alittle. ?

You don't have a choice so trying to analyze it will make no difference. Get the alignment. If you think the sidewall will contact the fender then raise the ride height then get the alignment.
