Wiring Harness -> OBD2B from a Y8.

Distributor -> OBD2A LS Dizzy.

I've located this image:

But I was wondering if I could get a bit more of a breakdown on how to wire these together.

I understand this much:

1 wires to 1.
2 wires to 2.
3 wires to 3.
4 wires to 4.
7 wires to 7.

Now, does:

10 wire to 5?
6+8 wires to 8.

Where does wire 9 go? (From the dizzy)

 

nowhere. that is a tach signal wire, which comes from the ecu on 99-00 models.

 

Im in the same situation. Except im going to a obd2a dizzy. The 2 plug one.
Going from single small plug on harness to 2 plug dizzy. Help anyone

 

OBD2A is one plug. OBD1 is two.
