Yup it sure will. only thing you have to change out other than the dash is center console and air control supports.

damn i wish i knew how to post pix of my 88 dash in mah 91 DX...well, the thing is the wiring in the cluster from 88-89 to 90-91....if you swap dashes from 90-91 crx's to 90-91 civic's its a piece of pie....(vice versa fer 88-89 years) after that all you do is swap out the center console from and your done!....oh yah.....cant use the CRX a/c control....too much werk!...just use your cable A/c controller..

you also need to go to honda and buy the appropriate pedistal mounts for the cluster. even if you have a 90 car/cluster and your putting in a 90 crx dash, your cluster will sit about 1/2in too high leaving an ugly gap. so if you can get it with the dash, good for you, if not go to honda, it was only 3 bucks for both mounts.
