I have 95 b18b1 block,I've recently obtained a weird idle. At start up it jumps to 2200 then bounces between 1000 and 2500. I located the pcv valve and it has a hose running from it,but it's just hanging there. Where does it go to and is this the reason for my idle? I have a gsr head on the ls block. I haven't messed with the iacv or fitv because i noticed this.
Any help would be appreciated.

 

The PCV hose connects to a nipple on the intake manifold.

 

I guess the nipple is on the underside of my s2IM cause all the visible ones are in use?
