1996 b18c in 1996 hatch. what is this hole for? pic inside.

I don't have a evap solenoid. I don't need to pass emissions. what can I do with this hose?

That is to attach a I-bolt when pulling the motor so you strap your strap to. At least that is what I have always used it for.
The evap can is used to allow the fuel tank to breath without the fumes getting out. You can just plug the tube if not using. Personally I would get a evap can to keep the gas fumes under control .
