It's nice to see someone else that does there own fab work. Ebay, paint and decals don't cut it!

You've been busy

If you wanted to go with a liter bike engine, let me know. I picked up a cbr 1000 for a reverse trike project and ended up using a Kawasaki instead. Now it's just sitting in my shop waiting for a home.

Thanks for the offer, although I know what I have and how to make it fit.....

I test fired the Honda 600 donor bike engine last year...

Such an awesome project! I appreciate the detail you're showing us with the video format, too. Can't wait to hear this thing start up!

Also, your shop is a magical land of wonder. I'm very jealous.

I was just thinking that this would make a boss daily driver. You'd get the great acceleration and "freak-out" aspect, and really great gas mileage. Keep it up!

Rear brakes rebuilt and relined, gas tank sealed and back in, you don't have any suggestions on a 3/4" master cylinder, do you? . Mine is a lump of rust.

I would replace it with a newer Honda master and build a custom adapter bracket if needed. maybe a 88-up

Any n600 master you do find is going to need that sleeve service so you might as well see if you can come up with a modern solution!

i have little understanding on fabwork or sprockets, yet little more understanding on physics...with that sprocket in place what are you using as prevention in case of a chain malfunction?

Brakes before turbo. Always a good idea.

I love this project. It looks so funny/skinny on a lift.
