Default Help with smog

Hi honda-tech peps I know I probably shouldn't be posting this but I'm desperate and in need of some assistance because I do not know what to do.
I have to smog my jdm b18c in my db8 and I know it's not going to pass. My question is does any one have a hook up in the los Angeles area so that I do not have to get rid of my motor or car I love my car and would like to keep it otherwise I'll have to trade or sell my car within the next 18 days for something that's smogable. Please help anything is appreciated whether it be advice, trades or buyers willing to help me out. I would rather keep my baby but I'll do what I have to do to get by.

I have no papers to the motor I got it with the car. I have no money to make it smogable it has an oil leak internally which makes it even more non smogable. So whats the cheapest and fastest way to make it smogable change my head out that has the leak than switch my original intake manifold back on than try and find all those lil small parts that I just through away when changing my intake manifold. Idk I only have 18 days

What's a reasonable price for a 6/10 db8 on some bronze te-37s with this jdm gsr with no problems other than its burning oil and it's not a very big amount very small.
