I have a 96 EX with a B20 swap in it and I had a OBD2 P75 running it. I bought a Chipped OBD1 P75 with a jumper harness and installed it earlier but all my car did was turn over, and it smelled like fuel. So I switched back to my old ECU (the one it was running fine on) and same thing, just turns over. My fuel pump isnt priming at all. Ive undone my ECU before and hooked it back up and its had problems starting but I cant remember if it had anything to do with fuel. Btw, I neglected to undo the negative battery terminal before I swapped them. Any ideas?

 

Are you sure your plugging in the plugs all the way?

 

Yeah I checked all the pins just to make sure they were connecting.

 

Is fuse 13 or 44 blown?

 

They both look visually good.

 

Test them for voltage on both top test tabs. Click fuses in my signature.

 

Im going to replace both of them in the morning, if thats not it could the ECU killed my fuel pump?

 

did you try for spark??? if not than try checking timing again. I know its a slim chance but could be anything of the ignition part ATM.

 

what distributor are you running?

replaced both fuses with multiple known good fuses and still nothing.

I dont know, it did to start with and now it does'nt. Im gonna check for spark again then jump the main relay harness and see if it cuts on if it doesnt I guess the fuel pump is toast.

 

car isnt getting spark either

 

prob. check your wires than if that doesn't work check your dizzy or replace it with a well working one.
