Default Brake Drag

Hey guys,
I posted on the forums about my front brakes dragging a month or so ago and the problem has persisted. The symptoms are:
Slightly low brake pedal (not sure if related)
Decreased mpg
Delayed release of brakes from a stop
Steering wheel vibration at highway speeds/resonating noise from wheel well
When i bought the car i put new rotors/pads/calipers on by haynes manual procedure and bled the system with new dot 3. Im about to start school at UTI so i have a place to service the brakes. What do you guys think, bad hoses? Clogged line? How can i be sure before i blow my tight college budget on parts?
Thanks
Brian

Why did you replace the calipers?

If the pedal is staying slightly depressed there may be an issue with the master cylinder.
Crap shot theory;
When bleeding the brakes the not new MC was floored. A seal inside the MC has partially rolled due to corrosion/junk/age when it traveled on a not smooth portion of the bore and now is partially hanging up/not releasing the pistons fully causing slight drag.

Jack the front up and spin the wheels to see if it is spinning freely or if it is dragging. If so, your piston is not retracting completely caused by a clogged brake line or the piston is sticking and needs rebuilt. It is the only two things that would cause calipers to stick. A rebuild kit is about 5 bucks per caliper and is very easy to do yourself. If the line is clogged I would flush the lines and replace with fresh fluid.

Post you results and we will go from there.
