starion turbo any good?

Default starion turbo any good?

Anybody know if the starion turbo is anygood? its coming off a 1988 model his letting it go for 50 bucks should I bite or hold off. also does any body know what kind of turbo it is. I making a junkyard homemade turbo system.

or can anybody recommend a better turbo for a 99 hatch d16y7

Starion intercooler . That is what i am using for my setup. You can do a search to get some more information.

I already in the process of buying a starion intercooler for $100 bucks from someone else, the only thing its modified for sentra. If I decide I might get it this Saturday.
Does anybody know what type of turbo 88 starion is? I have done a search nothing.

It would go on 99 hatch d16y7, you think a 740 intercooler would be better?

It is a Mitsubishi td05. NDon't know the AR and trim numbers. But the engine is over 2 liters. This may make spooling slow but managable on anything under 2 liters.

Give it a try and be different.

better turbo would be a t3/04E, but that will cost you. Best junkyard turbo for your app is probalby t-28 or maybe td04 from 90-91 eclipse.

I am getting a the starion turbo from an 1988 for 50.00 dollars this evening. I think its a great deal. anybody think I might be paying to much, what should I look for when I look at it.
