Default Smoke From the dipstick?

Today i was going to walmart when i felt my car a little weird like it was struggling to accelerate a bit, So i pop the hood, and first thing i checked was the oil as soon as i removed the dipstick some smoke came out of the dip stick,

This leads me to two questions

Is there no oil in the engine, which lead to the smoke,

is the car overheating? (temp gauge was normal)

The dipstick was full, Checked it twice,

It's hot in Calif, But the temp gauge is fine, replaced it and basically the whole cooling system, few months ago,

92 Honda civic Dx hatchback?

I'm starting to think it might be the lubrication,

I'm begging to check the oil pump anything else that could cause this

check pcv valve. positive pressure in the block can cause problems. Smoke will build up if not properly vented.

^X2 could be the head gasket leaking gasses into the block.
