Default many codes pulled from 97 civic/B16a swap

Well im back again with another issue with my civic....I have a list of codes that i got from jumping the service connector and i was wondering what to do to fix them...
Code 7-throttle positioning sensor
Code 10-intake air temperature sensor
Code 17-speed sensor
Code 19-Automatic Transmission lockup control valve
I went about bought a new speed sensor and it didnt fix the problem. Also my car is a manual so i dont understand why code 19 would show up. I believe the wiring to the vss has been cut (as shown in the picture below) because the wire in my hand was the one hooked to the speed sensor but the wire on the right with the two cut wires looks like it has the color wiring that matches the speed sensor. If any1 can help me on this i would appreciate it alot!!

You have an auto ECU. You need a manual ECU, or a conversion of the auto one.

Do all codes return after resetting ECU?

Code 17 may not return until you drive the car.

Maybe you previously misread code 7 and it was actually code 6.

As I mentioned above, you have code 19 due to the automatic transmission ECU. Check the numbers on the ECU.

Codes 6 and 10 - are the ECT and IAT sensors plugged in?

I very well could have misread the code 7 as for code 6/10 i do not know where either of the sensors are located. I will take the car down the road and back to see if anything changes

I would get a Manual ECU first, then see what codes you get.
