Timing Belt broken
I went to start my '91 Accord EX (2.2) in the garage and it felt like the timing belt snapped. First, how can I confirm this, and second would it have done damage since I wasn't driving at speed when it broke?
Thanks in advance!

Pull the plastic timing belt cover off, and you can tell whether or not it is snapped. It is an interferance fit engine, so if the engine was turning, you may have done damage
Or just turn the power steering pulley nut with a rachet and 17mm or 19mm socket(IIRC) counter clockwise just to get the engine to turn with the oil cap off, the camshaft and valvetrain should move while cranking on the power steering pump. This will be the easiest method to verify if you have a broken timing belt or not.
Ok, so after speaking with a Honda Tech he said to look at the distributor and make sure this hasn't seized up - check for spark. My seal has been leaking for awhile - possible theory now that I think about it. Any thoughts?
(obviously I still need to confirm the belt is not broken just haven't had a chance to spend time on the car the last few days...)

You can take the cover off the distributor, and using a 19mm socket, turn the crankshaft(Just a little bit) then have somebody see if distributor is moving. If it is moving, then it isnt seized and the timing belt isnt broken. Thats not to say it didnt slip a tooth, but it isnt broken.
