Default I know i've only got 2 and a half inches, but is enough for 2liters?

Im getting my 2liter built and should be at about 220'ish whp when done. Is the stock ITR exhaust with jdm header enough to not "clog" performance.
Or should i lay some more pipe?

you need to lay some more "pipe"

like a full custom exhaust, from some of the people on here!
you should try the search feature, it works very well.

Lay mad pipe.

Stock ITR isn't enough for even a mild setup, such as cams. Get in touch with Dave at SMS (SMSP on here) and go full custom. He can help you out.

well crap. The seller of the car, also a long time friend, told me that the stock ITR exhaust flowed REAL well. He took off the greddy 3 inch saying it wouldnt make a difference in performance, cause i wanted the car quieter.

Is there an exhaust made that isnt loud and farty like a fat bitch at low rpms, but has a nice rasp at high rpm's. i would like to go full custom, but what kinda cash am i looking at, like through smss? 3 inch also?

Exhaust system makes a HUGE difference especially on a 220+ whp car. Look at the HyTech vs DC/Comptech thread here there's a dyno showing what a difference a change in exhaust system makes. The Comptech is a 2.25" like stock and was probably choking off a ton of power for my 186whp car.

edit: I'd say a 2.5" header-exhaust at the least. SMSP can set you up with that.

Let's not go there haha. A 2.5" header-cat and at least 2.5"+ exhaust should do the trick.
