L switch on door bad or just a bad battery
Well drove my car home last week and it sat for roughly a month untouched. It started fine no problems. Once home I went to roll up sunroof and dash lights were dim and I had to jump it to have the power to roll sunroof up and I wiggled the l switch for door and it made the normal Honda door sound. Well I charged battery 24 hrs on 2 amps which mind you is a new battery put it car worked fine etc next morning get up to start car wouldn't click or anything but I wiggled the door switch and the dash lights came on but weren't very bright. I charged it again today and go outside and see that most of the cluster lights were on but very dim and when I wiggled the switch it would get bright for a second and go away. I tried turning the head lights on and it's like I heard something in the door panel but I don't think there is anything in the door ? But my question is would a door switch cause the battery to drain. That fast and cause the dash lights to freak out I checked out all fuses in bay and under dash nothing blown. The car is not hacked apart. Converted to obd1 through jumper p28 ecu and the dizzy is butt coneccted but never been a issue new alternator battery and battery wires
this morning after a full night charge i went out to check opened door and the oil light door light and CEL came on and CEL went off like normal the temp gauge went all the way up to H and stayed there and as i wiggled the L switch i could hear something in the door like a solenoid sound there is no interior light working though it worked before. Now i had battery checked this morning it is full at 13.0 so i know its not the battery now. i just dont understand why all the sudden all the dash lights are acting weird and sometimes are faint and when i wiggle the L switch and it would come on like it would normally work
