Just picked up a 95 ls/vtec with Clutch or Differential issues
If that's the case you either have bad diff bearings which will either be cracked upon inspection or make horrendous noise while accelerating, or you have a bad differential. Its not likely that the diff is bad unless it is either an aftermarket clutch type that has worn out or an obx with bad broken spacers. Drain the fluid first and note the color if its really dark/dirty you know your problem is in the diff.
Its stock clutch, stock trans, stock diff, stock block, just had a vtec head added.
I do not have any bad noises while accellerating, could the axles have play just because of a bad clutch? How can I test the diff once the trans is out of the car?

What do you mean, exactly, the axles have "play"?
If you mean the wheel can be turned, [rotated] back and forth a little, that is normal and so would a "light" click from the diff.
Jack the front end off the ground turn , [rotate] the wheels, does opposite wheel rotate in the opposite direction?
Have you tried adjusting the clutch, replace the fluid and bleed the clutch hydraulics?
Definatly something I would do/try before I pull the tranny.
If the transmission is not in gear, a clutch, no matter what condition, will have no effect on the axles.
As mentioned, drain the transmission fluid, inspect for metal bits/shavings and color, if no metal bits/shavings and color is "OK" refill with correct amount, replace clutch hydro fluid and bleed and adjust clutch, see what happens, if problem still exists then pull the transmission and inspect/replace clutch.
I know of no way to properly check a transmission without pulling it apart, however if your not hearing "ugly" noises from the transmission and goes in and out of gears properly it is unlikely there is a problem with the transmission. 94
