I'm Trying to find options besides 'buy a new car' I like this car and the market really sucks for my price range.

I was an idiot and didn't check the oil before driving 90miles and the car died on the freeway. First thought it was the timing belt but my mechanic looked into it and found out the engine is actually seized, timing belt intact, it broke the bearing between the camshaft timing belt instead.

Any advice would be amazing to get a idea of the situation I'm in

Pick and pull engines are usually around $150 complete. There's a guy over there in Seattle, jdmda7 (I know him better as kakabox). See what he may have laying around for parts.
