Radiator Fan and HVAC Panel not working
Hi all,
Today I was working on my 1996 Honda Civic DX and while testing my AC system, I saw a spark in the fuse box while jumping the condensor fan relay and then my radiator fan stopped working and the green and amber lights on my HVAC panel stopped working. Was wondering about any suggestions and where exactly the radiator fan fuse is as I have been scouring through the owners manual and online to find out which fuses to check. Thanks!

Ahh, I feel stupid now, just found the fuse in the diagram - #57. The fuse looks alright, but the fan is still not turning on and the Heater control panel is still not showing the green/amber lights. It is showing the backlight bulbs.
id jump that fan to make sure it still works. A buddy of mine while hooking up an amp took out the fan motor (among other things)
now he just pays me to work on his car...lol for good reason

Alright, looks like I've got the radiator fan and the panel working correctly (I counted the fuses wrong haha, learned not to count the spare fuse under the dash). Now the A/C button turns green, but the condensor fan and the compressor do not start. I've tested the relays and they are working, I jumped the 2/1, 3/1 on both relays and both start their respective circuits. Any ideas as to this problem? Thanks for the help (and putting up with my late night stupidity)!

Reconnect the thermostat and then unplug the connector at the rear of the heater control panel. You'll see a Blu/Red wire in the connector. Ground it and then turn the key to ON(II). Does the A/C fan turn on (no need to press A/C button)?
Okay just a sec it is a brown connector does that sound right?
EDIT:Never mind, I just found the green connector behind the temperature slider, will ground wire and post results.
