Ok here's an update, my car finally started, but the new main relay still takes forever to kick on and the fuel pump to kick on, once they kick on it starts, but I can drive it somewhere, then shut it off and come back ten minutes later, I still have to wait a few for it to kick on, windows down and all so it don't get hot, and even that it happened this evening when it was cool out... Any suggestions?

Check the "inputs" to the relay.

What do you mean when you say the main relay takes a long time to kick on? How can you verify that it's the main relay which is the delay?

beacause the main relay/ fuel pump relay are pretty well the same thing, i can hear it kick on right before the check engine light goes off, and if i put my hand on it, i can feel it kick... then i hear the fuel pump as soon as i hear it kick on....

So when you say you've checked the inputs, how did you do this? Did you put a test light on the main relay inputs when it's being delayed? If so, were you getting power supplied to the relay at the time of delay or not? If not, check the ignition switch. If so, suspect faulty relay.

i used the volt meter and check the voltage on the inputs of the plug to the main relay, with they key off and the key on, and when the main relay kicked on, when it kicked on and with the key being on, none of the voltage changed, but ive went threw three main relays, and i know i didnt get 3 bad ones.. and i still have the problem whether it be hot or cold, is still takes a few minutes to kick on....
