Default Bad Ground on radiator fan relay

Well, I noticed that the temperature of my 94 accord is going to high when the car is stopped so i guessed that the radiator fan was not working correctly. I tested the circuit/wires and found that i had no ground on the radiator fan relay. On my wiring diagram the ground is going to: "J/C (Left side of I/P)". I just don't know what is J/C and where it is in the car. Can someone tell me?

I imagine the I/P is inlet Plenum, J/C not sure. But if the ground is bad, just run a new ground wire to the negative side of the battery. You can splice it in if you like. Just make sure the new ground has <5ohms. Also, look closely at your engine grounds, theres normally two. One on the side of the engine, and one in the front. If one is bad, theres a good chance another is bad.

You electrical diagram should tell you where they are.
