Default Rear LCA sway bar settings??

I am currently in the middle of re building my car and was putting on my comptech 22mm rear sway bar on to my F7 lca's and i am unsure of which holes i should put the end link to on the rear LCA.

i see on my F7's it has S, M, H (obviously soft medium and hard) and another hole not labeled below it. unsure what that setting is for

I was just wondering how much of a difference do the settings make? What settings are you using ?

Any information would be helpful!

Here are some pics of my set up

From the F7 website
Three sway-bar mount points are provided to add adjustability in all race conditions
Doesn't say anything about FOUR swaybar mounting points so I probably wouldn't use that one as a mounting point for those endlinks. Especially if it isn't labelled like the other 3.

Best bet? Contact F7.

Saw some one elses mounted there on a random search. My thought its it might actually be for OEM endlinks? i could be wrong.

Well thats what i plan to do just want an answer from someone who has actually messed with the settings to chime in on the differences they felt.

Differences in ride are going to be subjective. You'll never get a real answer as with anything regarding ride quality and suspension.
