Ok so noob question does a 350lb spring go lower than a 450lb spring rate one? Theyre both the same height.

 

Spring rate has NOTHING, I repeat, NOTHING to do with how low it goes. However, put that soft set of springs on a slammed car and you'll be sorry.

 

Ya thats wat I thought, it is slammed and one side sits lower than the other so my perches are sitting at different heights

 

And these are adjustable?

 

Yeah theyre not the best but what I could afford, megans coilover sleeves 450lb fronts and 350lb rears, theyre all set at the same height from flat ground but the perches are set at different heights which makes it harder to adjust. Ive had them for over a year at pretty much the same height

 

With coilovers, to have the car level the adjusters are normally never on the same level.


I have a question, has the coating on your springs lasted? my buddy has Megan's now, and his coating flaked off and rusted within months.

 

What determines height is the position of the perch and the height of the spring.

 

Yeah the coating is still good only the logo wore a little coting woreoff on the bottom of the spring because I didnt place the rubber ring that goes between the perch and spring
