New Dizzy Rotor Doesnt Fit! pics n info, need the correct one asap
So Im going on a good trip with my EF7 and I need to get this sorted asap.
My car comes stock with an obd0 dohc zc, so on my huge rockauto.com order I orderred a Beck/Arnley Distributor Rotor p/n - 1737990
I just pulled the stock rotor off and the diameter of the shaft on my distributor is way to big for the beck/arnley rotor to slide onto, almost twice the diameter. The OLD rotor that I pulled off is also quite scorced and probably the cause of my crappy start symptoms.
So I double checked and they did send me the right part, but now Im thinking my distributor may not be OEM, it definetely looks very new.
Im stuck installing the old rotor tonight, but Id love to get this sorted before my trip on tuesday.
Im going to take pics and measurement right now

So the distributor thats on my car is labelled a TD-03U
The shaft that the rotor attaches to is .475", so the bore of the rotor needs to be .480" or so
You can see the difference in the one that is on my dist (right) and the new one (left)

I also tried to install the new distributor cap that I bought, which is listed as for a 88-90 integra 1.8 on rockauto.com but it is designed different and didnt fit either over the distributor insides. The factory one looks in good condition, but Id rather replace it anyways
Any help greatly appreciated

And when you search 30103-PM5-A05 in google images (rotor button oem part number aparently) and you look at the pics, some companies show the small bore, some picture the big bore.
But same part number, what gives??
But same part number, what gives??
Conflicting part numbers or a company listing it as one part but is incorrect perhaps. I had this happen to me with an oil filter from a different brand. Part number indicated correct but wouldn't fit on the motor.
So you think the oem part number would be correct?
Im unsure if I orderred it from the dealer that it would come with the large bore hole size

bump, looked at 5 different rotors from 5 different part stores, all had the small sized bore hole
Where can I find the large bore??
Acura is open tomorrow, but there quite the drive from me

i just replaced my rotor on my dizzy. they infact have two styles. they have both styles at kragen orielly.
just bring it in to them and they can match it up with the year make and model of the dizzy it fits into.
the one on the right is the one i have, cant be totally sure till you show the other side of the rotor.
the rotor is pretty cheap at kragen.
i bought it for a 1999 honda civic EX d16y8 engine dizzy. thats what would be easier to ask for rather than part numbers.
from there you can choose one of two model of rotors.

You should try the parts for a 86 to 89 integra which should have a D16A1 engine in it not a 1.8 engine. At least the Dizzy cap should fit.
I wonder if I just tell the dealership d16a1 they can help me out, or the td03u distributor, Im coming to think they just make 2 versions of this same distributor.
Id really love a part number for the rotor and cap though, would make me VERY happy, because Im gonna have to order this part, drive a good distance, and HOPE the right one is at the counter

The cap and rotor I needed were aparently for a 92-01 integra, even though my dizzy is stamped td03u
Parts fit perfect, for anyone in the future searching
