From what I know, if you can see thru, it has LSD, if there's a BAR across, its none LSD.
This has me confused since its straight thru, but narrows.

I'm really surprised when I took the transmission out and saw this. Previous owner didn't know much about the car, or at least acted like he didn't. Most of everything I asked about what was done and who did it, he just said he got it like that. I've owned this car for over 5 years now and didn't even bother to check when I've swapped axles about 4 times already. Now that I'm doin a swap, I find this. Cool, I now have a spare LSD in a box.
Seeing this thread makes me feel excited as I don't recall seeing a "bar" in my gearbox since I have it loosely sitting in my trunk waiting to be installed. I'll take another look at it later today before jumping for joy. I'm in the middle of an automatic to manual transmission swap.
Edit: I just checked again, and was disappointed to see that annoying open differential bar.

Drove the car for 5 yrs and couldn't notice it has lsd? As soon as I got my ctr swap I could tell the night and day difference between having lsd and open diff immediately.

Nope, can't tell. Even when I switch from other Integras, I can't tell the difference. Yuuup, AutoZone axles have lifetime warranty, and I used to put 300 miles a day for 6 days a week, that doesn't include other places besides work. Today I only put 100 miles a day, beat that.
You should be able to tell. I did a blind test letting friends drive my car post LSD install (they did not know I changed anything and have driven the car pre-LSD) and each of them noticed the difference and they're not even track rats like I am.
