Default researching mpfi swap have questions

like it says im in need of info from someone that has done this themselves i dont want feedback from people who "think" they know.
-When converting to mpfi there is lots of wiring conversions ryewire.com has all of it but what exactly do i need in terms of wiring, ecu and all that?
-Anything that you would recommend to me about this swap?
my plan is buying intake manifold, throttle body, injectors, fuel rail, si dist. ecu and all the wiring, new fuel lines and fuel pump and filter.
Thank you ahead of time

Have no clue what exactly you need for an answer.
Doesn't really matter though.
This conversion has been done so many times that EVERYTHING you ever wanted to know about can be found on the internet.

If for some reason you run into problems or become confused on something, then there are a bunch of people here on HT that can help.

Wiring is not needed, just some plugs from te donor. Rywire no longer sells DPFI to mpfi conversion harnesses they only sell obd0 to obd1 ecu jumpers. And this requires you to already have your car converted to mpfi. If you need a conversion harness Lmk

If you need a harness done for a reasonable price I can point you in the right direction.

Essential parts:

Injector clips
Injector resistor box (green plug, mounted to drivers shock tower)
Distributor plug with a decent amount of excess wire
Complete mpfi manifold (for ease, we'll say from a D16a6) (with throttle body, fuel rail, injectors, IACV, FITV, throttle cable bracket)
Throttle cable from CRX Si/Civic Si
Distributor to match the manifold, from the same motor
PM6 ECU
2 spare ECU pins from the black ECU plugs
4 pin plug, male and female, for easy disconnect

But yeah, it's been done to death. Everyone and their dogs have done it. Google brings up multiple ways to do it... The "best way" to do it is however you understand it. Some people re-use the existing injector wiring, some people clip it and add all new wiring for all 4 injectors.

What you don't need:
A $150 dpfi-mpfi harness
Si harness
new fuel lines
new fuel pump

Good to replace:
Intake manifold gasket
fuel filter
injector O rings
distributor coil, cap, rotor, o ring gasket
valve cover gasket, spark plug grommets
Spark plugs, wires

Good luck sir.
