Got a 91 si and I hear a loud click when I let off the gas under harder acceleration. Don't sound like a motor mount. Loudest in first, can hear in second too. Can't in third up though.

 

could be something in the trans. not sure tho. have you checked all of the motor mounts?

not that it matters too much, but are you talking about a 91 crx or civic?

need a little more info to figure it out

 

91 civic si, zc swap with urethane mounts, all good. Only I can't really check is the rear but I don't believe it's bad. It wasent when we had to pull the motor few months back.

Its probably not bad, but the bolt could be loose. Happened all the time in my civic. I would tighten the front bolt down and it would go away for a few races, then come back. i guess 4000rpm launches 10-15 times a night isnt a great idea for stock mounts lol

 

Yea but this is a dd deliverin pizza lol. Don't have high rpm drops... Much lol

 

Mine used to do it all the time aswell.
