Default Old G23VTEC motor, have a cam question

Ok, this motor was built in 2004, it uses some parts that are old now I guess, I am just now getting around to getting it tuned.

H22A4 block
LA sleeves
Custom CP pistons 89 mm bore
Compression is not known but is over 13.5:1
SMSP H22A header from 2004
F23A1 crankshaft with Crower Titanium conrods
Very old JG sheetmetal IM
AEM V2 CAI
Harmonic Damper (fluidyne iirc)

Old version of Neptune, will be tuning it on about 95 octane (mix of 91 and 20% 110 racegas)

I have Crower Cams #63423 installed in this motor. My worry is running the F23A1 crank to high rpm's. Should I have gone with a less agressive camshaft? Crower site says the cam is for the 1100-8200 range. Was told a long time ago that the F23 crank had smaller counterweights and was not designed for high rpm's. I don't want to blow this thing up tuning it. I am looking for feedback on how high I should take this engine.

As long as everything is balanced in the rotating assembly you should have nothing to worry about plus the head can breathe that high so it shouldn't cause restrictions. Also the rods should be able to hold high revs as the f20b has similar rod width. If you want to limit revs just stop at 8400 g23's are revving that high on stock f23a1 blocks with h22 heads on them.
