Default Good and not too expensive cams for a daily driven Del Sol Vtec?

which one can you recommend?

they shouldn´t be too expensive, i´m a poor student

the car is daily driven, and at the weekend at the track.

any of the ITR OR CTR cams if u can locate a good used set for $375 or so will be the best buy without having to tune the cams as much compared to other aftermarket cams

If you've got money for crowers the definately get the SKUNK2 stage 2. Of course, you'll have to run stiffer valve springs and tit. retainers. Get ITR outers and Portflow inners w/ skunk2 or portflow retainers. These cams are WAY better than CTR/ITR!!!!
