I've done the search already. That is why i am posting again, because i have found no results for modifcation, all i found was how which one fits which. thanks tho.

what do you mean they are too small. you can either:
a. bolt down 3 of the 4 bolts (since integra brackets are different than civics)
or...
b. get some 96-00 civic brackets and swap em out on the seats.

you can bolt down 3 of those 4 bolts and do a little washer trick for the 4th.
