Okay i know that sounds dumb but i do. its right under the driver side where the floor mat is. the dent is about a foot long, it also is where the fuel lines are, but they arent damaged. I didnt notice it till i was removing my exhaust system. now i notice it in the car. can a dent like this get worse?

 

Starting by telling us what car you have.

 

Just pound it out. Just be carefull with the lines. When I had my civic I was driving to the beach and looked down for a sec and when I looked up there was a car jack in the middle of the street! I couldnt swerve because I was in a 3 lane with 2 cars next to me and was too late to hit the brakes so drove over it. Worst sound ever ended up denting up my floor board to the rear passengers floor board. I was lucky because it also missed my fuel lines. Just banged them out.

haha no its not rhd. its a 92 hatch. Im just wondering if a dent like this could get worse. i race the car so im wondering if taking sharp turns at high speed could tweak the car making the dent get worse. and i tried pounding it.
