92 Integra B16 cable to hydro

Default 92 Integra B16 cable to hydro

Before i get reamed i searched and couldnt find my answer.
My friend has a 92 integra with 99 Si B16 with cable trans. Hes wanting to convert to hydro and all i need to know is can he use the clutch and flywheel that are on it now with the hydro trans??

Maybe, you have to check the spline diameter and tooth count on the input shaft in the two tyrannys. You can look up the specs they should be here somewhere

92-99 b16 24t/26mm
90-91 24t/25mm smaller input shaft.
gonna need some parts. He needs a clutch plate for a 99 B16. All flywheels and pressure plates are the same. He will need a different throwout bearing as well because of the different diameters.

thanks bro. i figured the throw out bearing and fork would need to be changed but didnt have clue about the clutch

excuse me i was wrong on the year. its a 1990 and hes now decided not to go hydro and bought a 92 gsr cable ys1 tranny. ive read but its not clear, you happen to know what clutch he would need?

Measure the shaft and count the splines on the shaft and the splines on the clutch to be sure

also i know it will need a 92-93 throw out bearing, will the fork need changed to?
