03 accord p0606 help!!

03 accord p0606 help!!
Alright... I have an 03 accord ex 2.4. CEL came on with p0606 code. my question is... Is there anything I can check/try changing before I have to shell out the money for a new ECU?
I can reset the ECU and CEL will stay off for about a day before coming back on. When it first comes on the battery light will come on for a little bit and go back off. After CEL is on for a little bit, say 10-15 miles it starts to act up. Does something different almost everytime. Sometimes it sputters, sometimes it will stall, sometimes goes into limp mode, etc...
I've check and cleaned up a couple of the grounds under the hood. I've tested battery and alternator, both tested good. Obviously reset the ECU...
