OBD2B->OBD1 harness and EVAP control
Changing over from AEM FIC to P28/Neptune RTP.
This is probably really obvious/newbish but something I didn't have to deal with on the piggy-back:
The conversion harness I have doesn't bring in any of the EVAP controls and I wanted to know if this is normal. I don't need this for any type of inspection - but want to know if I need to make any further changes to the fuel system to accommodate this setup.
OBD2 D16 in a 2K Civic going to Neptune setup on P28 ECU.
Thanks.

Obd2 evap works differently from obd1 so it doesn't matter. The only way you can get it to work with the obd1 computer is to swap all of the hardware into your bay.
Well, that might not be the only way, but you're going to at least need to get creative with some programming.
